Half A Dozen Hospitality is proud to present The Half A Dozen Dinner Series Vol #2 featuring Chef Sarah Morten.

Sarah will be partnering up with local BC Farms Big Bear Ranch and Earth Apple Organic Farm to curate a delicious 5 course menu for this dinner with all of the dinners proceeds going to local charity Backpack Buddies.

After the huge success of the Volume 1 dinner we are excited to take the series to a new venue here in Vancouver and host you all in the awesome test kitchen at Pacific Restaurant Supply.

Backpack Buddies is a phenomenal resource for so many kids and their families here in the Lower Mainland and we are happy to be partnering with them on this dinner to help bring attention to what they are doing as well as to raise funds to support their efforts in putting food in kids mouths that need it most.

For this dinner we are extremely proud and honoured to be working with Big Bear Ranch who will be providing us with their incredible pork and lamb for this event. We are excited to see what Chef Sarah will do with this fantastic product and are confident you all will thoroughly enjoy it.

Earth Apple Farm is an awesome farm from the Fraser Valley that will be providing us their delicious produce that Sarah will incorporate into the menu for the dinner.

You can expect a stellar line up of beverages from the team at Field House BrewingCulture Craft KombuchaWindfall Cider, and SJM Agency.
